Technology
Our RF and Microwave Solid State Power Amplifiers are based on Gallium Nitride (GaN)  active devices for ultimate broadband / high efficiency performance using proprietary networks and fast FPGA parallel processing control for “360 degree” protection and rich feature enabled.
We also use legacy LDMOS and GaAs technologies where applicable and preferable.
Proprietary low loss isolated high power summing networks enable improved efficiency and higher output power along with high reliability to enable very long life of operation arround the clock.
